Her extensive background encompasses cosmetic and complex implant reconstructive treatments, as well as the management of temporomandibular disorders.
Dr. Rad's commitment to advancing dental science is evident through her research at esteemed institutions such as UCLA, Harvard, and MIT. Her work in bone regeneration and bioengineering has been recognized with the Student Research Award at Harvard University.

After her tenure at Harvard, Dr. Rad chose to establish her practice in the vibrant city of Austin, drawn by its dynamic community and culture. Romeo, our 4-year-old golden doodle, is the heart and soul of our dental office. Acting like a therapy dog, Romeo’s presence brings joy, comfort, and a bit of fun to both patients and staff.
Romeo greets our staff every morning with wagging enthusiasm, setting a cheerful tone for the day. His friendly nature extends to our patients as well, and he gets especially excited to meet new faces. Romeo is secured in the front office when patients arrive, ensuring everyone is comfortable, but he’s always ready to make a special appearance when requested or if he has a pre-existing bond with a patient.
When patients are in the dental chair, Romeo is their loyal companion. He offers comfort and a calming presence until the procedure begins. Understanding the importance of a focused environment, Romeo leaves the room once the procedure starts and returns promptly to celebrate its completion.
Romeo loves playing with his favorite toy, lamb chop, which matches his cream-colored fur. His playful energy is infectious, and he never fails to bring a smile to everyone’s face.
Exuding love and warmth, Romeo has been a part of our team since he was just 10 weeks old. His nurturing nature makes him an invaluable part of our practice, providing emotional support and light-hearted moments throughout the day.
